For practice managers and owners

Practice managers and owners play a key role in supporting ASPREN participation at the practice level, ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing engagement.  Tasks include:
•    Liaise with ASPREN staff regarding onboarding, audits, and general program support 
•    Facilitate installation and maintenance of FluSync, where applicable 
•    Ensure participating clinicians are correctly set up and submitting data 
•    Support onboarding and training of new staff in ASPREN procedures 
•    Manage administrative processes, including raising invoices for virological surveillance activities 
ASPREN provides ongoing support to minimise administrative burden and ensure participation is as straightforward as possible for your practice.
